INSTRUCTORS
Jordan Geyer
Jordan is the Owner/Head Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Instructor at the SoDel Jiu-Jitsu Club. He is from Sussex County and began training in 2007 while attending college at University of Delaware and Wilmington University. After college, he moved back to the Sussex County and opened SoDel Jiu-Jitsu Club. He received his black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu on October 19, 2016.

Steve Baker
Steve is our Head Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts instructor. He began training in 2007 and is currently a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Brown Belt under Pedro Sauer and a Blue Belt in Bang Muay Thai under UFC Fighter/Coach Duane "Bang" Ludwig. Steve has coached and competed in both Amateur and Pro Mixed Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Kickboxing.

Ryan Nowakowski
Ryan has been training jiu jitsu consistently for well over a decade. He received is black belt from Jordan Geyer in October 2023. He is a police officer and control tactics instructor for police officers. Ryan enjoys competing and training with his teammates. He is very passionate about helping other gym members get better and achieve their goals.

Eric Alvarado
LINEAGE
Eric is our Youth Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Instructor. Eric is 35 years old and has been passionate about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for the past five years. He has traveled to train and compete across our region and has had the privilege of taking part in two super fights, winning both! Jiu-Jitsu has become a huge part of his life, and he is excited to share his love for the sport with others.
